Please note: The Plain English wording is only provided to make the terms easier and quicker to read and does not affect the meaning of the clauses.
All transactions on the website take place using Paypal (but you don’t need a Paypal account to place an order). Please check your order before placing it. There is a binding contract between us as soon as you receive a confirmation email. If you notice a mistake after sending the order, please let us know by contacting us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We’ll let you know if there is a problem with your order.
All prices are as stated and inclusive of any VAT that may be payable. Any other charges which we pick up (e.g. customs or bank charges) will be passed on to you. We always try to make sure our site is accurate but if there is an obvious mistake in the pricing we will not honour that lower price.
We’ll try to get your order to you as soon as possible and always within 30 days. If there is a problem with delivery, please let us know immediately. We’re responsible for the products until they reach you. After that, it’s your responsibility.
You have a right to cancel your contract with us up to 14 days after receiving your delivery. Please let us know within this time if you want to cancel your order. If you do cancel the order, please return the products to us and we will refund the amount you paid (including delivery charges but not the cost of return) within 14 days. If you have handled the products more than you would be allowed to in a shop we can deduct an appropriate amount.
If the products are faulty or mis-described, please let us know and return them and we’ll send you a refund.
If we have been negligent and/or broken this agreement with you, we’ll be liable for any direct loss we reasonably could have foreseen. We won’t be liable for anything else though (except the things we can’t exclude liability for).
Some things might get in the way of us getting your order to you that are beyond our control. We won’t be liable if that happens but we’ll refund any money you have paid for any goods that you didn’t receive.
This contract is between us. However, we might need to assign it (say, if we sell the company), in which case the contract will be valid with the person we assign it to.
These Terms of Purchase might need to change from time to time but we’ll let you know.
